Cancellation policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by 05/09/22. There will be an administrative fee of $ 200 deducted from each refund.

Substitution/registration transfer policy
All requests to substitute another person on an existing registration must be submitted in writing to the General Chair (mihaicernat@yahoo.com) no later than 10/09/2022.
